As required by the ACMPR, we are required to collect the applicant’s given name, surname, date of birth, gender, address, and if applicable, the applicant’s telephone number, fax number and email address.
We will use the information you provide us only to provide you with our services, such as order verification, fulfillment and customer support.
Each time you visit agrima.ca, your session is secured by an HTTPS (SSL) certificate. This ensures that all data passed between our web server and your web browser remain private and integral.
Your data is stored on a secure, security hardened dedicated webserver.
Your offline data, such as your application and medical document are stored locally in an encrypted file container or in a high security storage cabinet.
As required by the ACMPR, records such as order history and client data (referred to in section 1) shall be kept for a period of two years. After which time, upon request, we will digitally or physically shred your data (unless the requested data is required under the ACMPR to continue serving you).
Agrima Botanicals will not share your information with anyone unless we are required to do so by law.
As required by the ACMPR, all records must be made available to Health Canada upon request.
As required by the ACMPR (Sec.101), licensed producers will be required to confirm to a verified member of a Canadian police force, in the context of a legitimate and verifiable investigation, whether a named individual is a registered client (or an individual responsible for a registered client) and the daily quantity of dried cannabis that is specified in the medical document supporting the client’s registration.
